Nope! We just ask for the first month’s payment before commencement of work. The cost of everything is included in your monthly rate.

All B3M subscriptions require a 24 month contract. Renew again and get a fresh new website redesign at no extra cost!

Absolutely not! Our subscription service is based on a cutting-edge business model named WaaS (Website as a Service). There’s no credit checks and no loan.

Switching providers can seem daunting, but at B3M, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. We will work closely with you to assess your current setup, help you find the right solution and ensure a seamless transition. We’ll handle the technical aspects and minimise downtime so you can focus on your business. 

Your monthly payments will simply be collected via Direct Debit through our secure, approved payment partner; GoCardless. Relax knowing your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

You can ask us to develop new features or pages for your website at any time. We would quote you for the one-off development cost plus the additional monthly cost (if applicable) to maintain your new development.

Your website will be built on the worlds most popular content management system, WordPress. This ensures your incredible new website is trusted, secure and easily scalable.

For a modern, 5 page brochure website we advise around 4-6 weeks. We have optimised our process so we can get you launched as quick as possible whilst maintaining an expert level of craftmanship.

We’d never want to say goodbye 😢 but if you cancel prior to the two-year term, then just like any agreement, you’ll need to buy out the contract. If you leave us after the 24 months and full payment has been made, we’ll provide you an archive of your website so your new expert can install on a different hosting server. However, you’ll now be responsible for the cost and maintenance of any services associated with running your website.
